What if it’s Eddie that stumbles into a drugged by Russians Steve and it’s Eddie that hides him and Rob away from the Russians because of course he does, he’s all over the place but Eddie knows his way out of every single building due to adhd and anxiety and curiosity. Of course he tries his best to drag Steve as soft as he can also trying his best not to forget about Robin. And of course Eddie literally shoves the two pals in the back of his van and drives them to his trailer. Idk, man, I’ve started 1000 steddie fanfics, please I beg you if there’s someone who likes this idea, please take it and give birth to a wonderful fanfic and tag me. Please… I am tired and my heart hurts.

thinking about when they needed a car, Eddie immediately thought about that RV… like, instantly… had he already daydreamed about stealing it? we know he doesn’t want to be like his dad, but like, this is his face when they jack that thing:

My headcanon is that those neighbors are huge assholes and stealing their literal house just long enough to freak them out is his long-running revenge fantasy

The fact people act like Steve wouldn’t notice if a guy/Eddie was flirting with him at all, when part of the hilarity behind the big boy flirtation scene is that Steve CLEARLY knows something about the comment is off lol. That’s why he looks so baffled. Steve can be oblivious about other things but come on Casanova over there is going to notice when someone is flirting with him even if it is a guy

ginalinettiofficial:

actually my LEAST favorite trend of all in stranger things fanfic is when people have steve object to the kids cursing. like. are you kidding??? where did you GET that from, why is it such a widespread headcanon, he LITERALLY swears with to and at the kids in canon!!! he curses a lot!!! the kids curse around him and he doesn’t say shit!!! when did we decide he’s the type of person to call out “language!” every time dustin says fuck???

steve harrington does not give a singular shit if the kids swear and i will die on this hill!!! stop the steve harrington slander!!! he would not fucking say that!!!

The first part of my male pinup series, which I may or may not continue. Reference used.

momotonescreaming:

I’ve been reading a lot of fics lately where Steve and Eddie get nightmares and ring each other in the middle of the night for comfort. And I love it but I can’t help but wonder what if when Steve rings the trailer post nightmare, it’s Wayne who picks up the phone?

It’s his day off and he’s still keeping to his night shift schedule, so it’s 3am and Wayne is watching a movie on quiet, or reading a book he’s been meaning to get around to. And then the phone rings.

And as soon as he picks up the phone, a shaky voice calls out quietly “Eddie?”

It’s Steve. Eddie’s boy. And it’s the middle of the night and Wayne knows what a man on the verge of panic sounds like.

Wayne calmly introduces himself and Steve immediately backtracks. It’s the middle of the night and he’s probably disturbing him, does he have work? I’m sorry Wayne.

But before he can hang up, Wayne calmly tells Steve it’s okay. He’s alright. And he doesn’t want to risk bringing up the panic and the nightmares he knows they both get and risk scaring Steve off- so instead he asks Steve if he wants to hear an embarrassing story about Eddie as a toddler.

And after a pause Steve replies with a quiet and shaky “Yes please.” So him and Wayne have a quiet conversation in the middle of the night, Wayne slowly talking Steve down from a nightmare with stories about young Eddie, and folk tales Wayne grew up on. Steve calms down, and hangs up after thanking Wayne softly.

Wayne doesn’t say anything, doesn’t know if Steve wants him to. He knows Steve tells Eddie when Wayne comes home from work two days later and Eddie greets him with a hug so huge he’s almost swept off his feet. He mumbles into Wayne’s chest, thanking him for helping Steve for him.

Wayne replies that it was no trouble at all.
